Today we did maths we had actives for the day then we went I went to the tinfoil boats this is my boat.

We went out we put our boats on the water then we put weights on our boats then we put as much as we can.

Week 4 parekiretanga

Yellow hat: I enjoyed playing snap with Max and Libby.

Black hat: when I was playing snap with Max and Libby it was really hard to snap the cards to get it.

Red hat: I made Max feel good because I let him play snap with me.

Green hat: next time I will play something different then today.

Comparing Volume

Lollie cake

Make Lolly Cake using this recipe. Be sure to measure your ingredients carefully!

Lolly Cake

Ingredients:

120 g butter
250 g malt biscuit crumbs
180 g fruit puffs
1/2 tin condensed milk
coconut – for coating

Method:

1. Warm butter and condensed milk together in the microwave.
2. Add biscuit crumbs and fruit puffs.
3. Stir well.
4. Roll into one log or small balls. Coat in coconut

What went well today?

Today something that went well was that everyone had a go makeing a lollie cake.

BLACK HAT

What was a challenge today?

A challenge I had trying to get my hands in the oobleck.

GREEN HAT

What do I want to do differently next time?

Next time something I would do differently is I not going to play with oobleck that long.

I made someone feel good when I helped  Eliot make his sanke as long as the 4 table

On Monday me my brother my dad and my mum went to mount ruahepue when we were on the road I  keeper asking how much longer till we get there then we finally got there then we were going up Mount Ruapahu then I saw a person he said go back because your car doesn't have 4 wheel drive or chains then we got chains it took 1 hour and a half then we drove up when we got there me and my brother had a snow fight then we had to walk all the way to the toilet we went down on a ride when we got down we try to build a snowman we failed then we got to the car we drove back home. The end
